The Project will provide support to the Iskandar Regional Development Authority (IRDA) to define the key technical and operational parameters of the IMUO.

IRDA is a Malaysian Federal Government statutory body tasked with the objective of regulating and driving various stakeholders in both public and private sector. IRDA plays the primary roles of planning, facilitation and promotion for Iskandar Malaysia. It is guided by the Second Comprehensive Development Plan (CDPii) as a regional planning document that serves to guide and coordinate planning in Iskandar Malaysia.
